A member of Bellco making the referral (the “Advocate”) will be eligible to select a reward of his/her choice for each individual referred (each a “Referred Person”) to Bellco, provided the Referred Person opens a new checking account and completes the stated requirements within the time specified in the offer.
To make a referral, the Advocate must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Bellco’s member referral program (the “Program”). There is no limit to how many rewards an Advocate can earn within a given year, but only one Advocate may receive a reward for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements. Although the Referred Person may only receive a reward for opening one checking account and completing the requirements, the Referred Person may also be eligible to receive rewards as an Advocate for any qualified referrals that he/she may make in the future.
To be eligible for a reward, the Referred Person must: (i) open a new Bellco checking account within 90 days of receiving the initial email notification from the Program; (ii) deposit $250 into the new checking account at the time of account opening; (iii) attach a VISA debit card to the new checking account; and (iv) not already be a tax owner, non-tax owner, or signor on any Bellco checking account. When opening the new account, the Referred Person must provide the name or email address of the referring Advocate. If the person referred has been referred by more than one Advocate, the Advocate named by the Referred Person when opening the account will be the eligible Advocate.
In order for the Advocate to earn the reward, the Referred Person must qualify for membership and not already be a tax owner, non-tax owner, or signor on any Bellco checking account. Furthermore, a non-U.S. residents, an individual under 18 years of age, an employee of Bellco, and the immediate family member of an employee of Bellco residing in the same household as the employee are not eligible to be Referred Persons or Advocates. The reward offer may not be combined with other offers. This Program may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice, except that any rewards previously earned will be honored.
The Advocate authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person, and indemnifies Bellco for any claims related to the sending of such communication. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Bellco, or the Program, specifically. Each person who accepts the Program’s Terms and Conditions authorizes future communications from Bellco, including emails regarding the Program, unless they “opt out” by making an election on the referral website or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a reward will be issued to the Advocate identified by the Referred Person after all conditions have been met within the time frames specified.
The Advocate and Referred Person agree that the Rewards are provided by a third party, RMS, and Bellco does not endorse or guarantee the products, information, or recommendations provided on the redemption site, and Bellco is not liable for the failure of products or services offered on the redemption site. The Advocate and Referred Person agree that they will look solely to RMS for any issues related to the Rewards, including, but not limited to, returns, replacements, warranty claims and refunds. Bellco’s sole responsibility to the Advocate and Referred Person is to provide them with a Unique Redemption Key in order to access the redemption site managed by RMS.
